- Arrival at the hotel, we will be waiting for you, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
- Race Packet pick up. We recommend arriving at the hotel before 3:00 pm so you can pick up your race packet. The hotel has buses that can take you to the Expo. There are NO group departures planned.
- Please note that the Expo closes at 7:00 pm.
        IMPORTANT: only the runner can pick up the race material.
- Free afternoon and evening to enjoy on your own.

Victor and Cindy and team did a great job. The hotel was 5 Stars as advertised and the agenda and activities were well planned and carried out. The tour by bus of Berlin was a great idea to both see the city and explore without walking around before the marathon. The drop off and pick up from the Expo was a great bonus as well as the pre-race and post race dinners and party. Also enjoyed getting to know a number of the other participants and their families. Thanks, highly recommend!
