The travel package is designed to support runners and their companions with all travel logistics before and during the event as they prepare to cross the finish line, celebrate with their medals, and enjoy the destination to the fullest. #TravelWithDestiny2Sport

Friday, October 30 – WELCOME TO NEW YORK CITY!

• Arrival at the hotel. We'll be waiting for you, don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

• Free afternoon and evening.

Saturday, October 31 – OFFICIAL GROUP PHOTO + PASTA DINNER

• Enjoy our traditional shakeout run, and be ready to pose for the official group photo!

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Day to visit the expo. The Destiny team will be at the expo to provide support.

• Free afternoon.

• Pre-race Pasta dinner.

Sunday, November 1 – RACE DAY + POST-RACE PARTY 🏅

• We will meet at the lobby to go to the race by private bus. There will be one single departure at around 5:45 am (preliminary time).

• Free afternoon.

• Post-race party. Join us to celebrate with your fellow runners at a restaurant in Times Square.

Monday, November 2 – CHECK-OUT

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Enjoy your morning before making your way to the airport (on your own) for your return flight home.
