Thursday, August 27 – HOTEL CHECK-IN + HARBOUR CRUISE
Arrival at the hotel. Welcome to Sydney! Please arrive at the hotel on your own and complete your hotel check-in. Our team will be waiting for you.
Free afternoon and evening. Discover the city on your own.
Meet & Greet aboard the Sydney Harbour Cruise Tour at 5:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive in Sydney before 3:00 p.m. so you can join us for this special experience!
Friday, August 28 – EXPO
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a breakfast buffet before starting the day.
Group Transfer to the Expo. The Destiny team will meet participants in the hotel lobby and provide private bus transportation for the group (round-trip) between the hotel and the race expo.
Free afternoon. Discover the city on your own..
Saturday, August 29 – SHAKEOUT RUN + PASTA
Group Shakeout run. Join our traditional shakeout run, and be ready to pose for our official group photo!
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a breakfast buffet before starting the day.
Free day. Visit the race Expo and discover the city on your own.
Pre-race pasta dinner. Join our group for a pasta dinner buffet at the hotel.
Sunday, August 30 – RACE DAY + RECEPTION
Get ready for the race. The Destiny team will meet runners in the hotel lobby and guide the group to the race start area by train. After finishing the race, please return to the hotel on your own.
Free afternoon. Discover the city on your own.
Post-Race Reception. Get ready to celebrate your achievement and don’t forget to bring your medal!
Monday, August 31 – HOTEL CHECK-OUT
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a breakfast buffet before starting the day.
Today the trip concludes. Please check out of the hotel and enjoy a leisurely morning before transferring to the airport on your own for your return flight home.

Complete the payment of the remaining balance in monthly installments until June 15, 2026 (*non-refundable).

Bookings and installment payments must be completed through our online platform using a credit card or bank transfer. An additional service fee applies per transaction:

CANCELLATION POLICIES
The deposit and all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable. Non-transferable means you cannot apply your balance to another person, another year, or another event.
Cancellations for any reason, circumstance, or situation will result in the forfeiture of the amount paid toward your travel package.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@destiny2sport.com.
Where possible, we will work with the providers to help you with the best solution outside the above terms; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
